Our Community Fundraising Groups consist of volunteers like yourself that come together in our local community to hold exciting fundraising events, raise awareness and have lots of fun while we do it! Your support is crucial to our work and suport families and children with Autism or learning difficulties.
Reach North West is a small local comminity group they would really benefit from your input and dedication to helping us raise funds to do our work. We are small and we hope with your help we can get bigger and you can help us to develop our fundraising group.
By becoming a group member, you will be joining dedicated fundraisers who help us to improve lives. Quite simply, without volunteers like you, we couldn’t continue our work.
Responsibility of a Fundraising Group Member:
We are committed to ensuring that volunteers have an enjoyable and worthwhile volunteering experience. You will have support from existing volunteers and the founder of Reach North West. There will be the opportunity to gain and develop skills and to meet other volunteers. Out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of your volunteering will be reimbursed in line with the Reach North West Volunteer Expense Policy.
As a fundraising group member, you will be working in your local community with volunteers in your group. As we are a small voluntary group we will be on hand to support you in your role.
This role can work flexibly to suit your availability and other commitments. The time commitment will vary depending on the time of year, increasing during campaign periods or when the group is organising specific events.
In addition to assisting the group with fundraising events and attending group monthly meetings, you may also be involved in helping to raise the profile of the group within the community and develop links with local organisations and deliver with experienced staff awareness activities to promote the needs of people with Autism.
By volunteering with the Reach North West you will have the opportunity to make new friends, use your skills and learn new ones, have new experiences and a lot of fun! You will be making a huge difference to the lives of those with Autism and learning difficulties today and future generations by raising vital funds to power our group forward.
